An innovative food processing client had a fully booked production schedule when some of their best customers came to them with new requirements for additional installations during the already booked season.
Worked with the customer engineering team to develop a set of work instructions and Go/No Go-Gauges that allowed Excelsior to quickly begin production of a highly specialized piece of equipment with very demanding tolerances, and quality requirements..
The customer client cooperation yielded the additional units needed by our client to fully satisfy his customers new demand. Our client was able to continue to grow, add revenue, and satisfy his customer without major disruption or late deliveries. The relationship has work so well that the client now utilizes Excelsior to install the equipment as well as build it.
